Welcome to Global Gathering’s (GG picnics) Terms & Conditions. This controls the use of our social media and the services offered by the company, booking picnics, events and renting equipment with decorations.

By booking our services, you agree to follow these rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

Booking Info

To book a picnic or event with Global Gathering, you need to be at least 18 years old. You promise to give correct information when booking.

The Company can cancel or reject any booking if there are concerns about fraud or misuse.

Renting Guidelines

If you rent equipment or decorations from Global Gathering, you must return them in the same condition. Any damage or loss may mean extra charges.

You agree to use the rented items carefully and follow any instructions from Global Gathering.

Payment Rules

Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer.

A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure picnic and the remaining 20% balance is due at minumim 2 days before the event.

Cancellation Info

If you need to cancel a booking with Global Gathering, please do it at least 48 hours before the event. Cancelling after 48 hours will result in losing your deposit payment. Or you have an option of rescheduling.

Refunds, minus any fees, will be given within 10 business days of cancellation.

Intellectual Property

When it comes to GG Picnics, the graphics, logos, and trademarks (whether registered or not), as well as the advertisements on any of GG Picnics' platforms, are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If you share images owned by GG Picnics on social media platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, or Facebook, remember to credit and link back to GG Picnics.

Global Grazing Disclaimer

Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary requirements prior to booking.

Please note: Halal/ Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Dairy Free/ Nut Free options are available.

However, when it comes to Global Gathering, they don't hold responsibility for any sickness that may occur due to not stating recommended consumption, ingredients, and/or allergen warnings clearly.
